And here is a little bit about me:
I came to Orlando by way of London, England, where I was born and raised. Before becoming a Realtor I had a career in the corporate communications industry, running a successful company for 20 years. My interest in real estate began with the purchase of a vacation rental home here in Orlando, near the Walt Disney World theme park. After buying the home, I began seeking work as a Realtor, and soon moved into a rewarding new career. I now work as a real estate broker, and am also actively involved in real estate investment, and the management of income-producing properties.
Take it from me - relocation is a tricky task. When I was a child, my family relocated many times, and as an adult, the cross-Atlantic move taught me a lot about what to do and what not to do in relocation. Maybe it's a little surprising that I now have a passion for travel. I have visited more than 30 of the U.S. States, Canada, Mexico, and most of Europe, including such countries as France, Italy, Greece, and Hungary, and others like Cyprus and Israel and Egypt. Some background on my beautiful family: I am married to a wonderful woman, Fay. She's an interior designer here in Orlando, and a phenomenon in our household. I also have two sons and two daughters, as well as three grandchildren - the newest of which (Joshua) was born early - on October 2, 2007 and weighing in at just 5lbs. Here I am with him. 
My sons are adults now, and my daughters are currently in their teens, and they're a handful, as any parent of teens will admit. I am very involved as a parent at my daughters' schools, having been on numerous committees - I also help coach the school tennis team.
Oh and how can I forget our Chocolate Brown Lab, Katie (below)! She came into our lives as a five year old in October 2006 and she brings constant joy to us. She is the most special dog I have ever known (and yes I know you all feel the same way about your pets!
I have a real passion for sports. I would have to say that my first sporting love is London's Chelsea Football Club, who play what most of my American friends would call Soccer. After waiting for 38 years, I got to see them win the Championship in 2005! And now they have gone back to back in 2006!
Anyway, since coming to America, I have developed a love for American football, and have Tampa Bay Buccaneers season tickets. My other favorite pastime is boating, and on my rare days off I can be found cruising the Windermere Chain of Lakes.

Why have I been so successful, and what do these awards mean for you? My secret is that I genuinely believe that exceptional customer service is an absolute right for people who are entrusting what is often the biggest financial outlay they will ever make - to me. I am always available to my customers, rarely turning off my cell phone before 11pm. Most of my customers have my home number as well and most become my friends. Every year at Christmas we have a gathering of my friends in my home. It is funny as I look around the room to realize just how many of them started out as customers.
